1. DELIVERY
We deliver medicines only in INDIA. We always take care that the products are delivered at the earliest. Delivery will be done at your doorstep between 1-2 days depending on the address and availability of the products.
2. DELIVERY CHARGES
Our Delivery charges will be nominal and will be intimated prior to the customer. Same day delivery is also available at extra charges.
3. ORDER BY EMAIL
Make a list of all the medicines you'd like to order, upload the prescription. E-mail the list to us at pharmicin@gmail.com Please ensure that you provide your full mailing address including the pin code. We'll call you back to confirm or will get back to you via mail on medicines we service to the given address. Once we confirm the same, the order will be processed. If you have ordered prescription medicines, you need to scan the prescription and send it along with the e-mail. You can also upload a legible photograph if you are unable to scan it. Our service partners will not process your order without a prescription. Our partners will then fulfill the order at the earliest.
4. SERVICE AVAILABLITY. ORDER 24X7 FROM OUR WEBSITE EASILY
We service orders 7 days a week . In case of any delay, our agent will inform you on priority basis.
5. WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN THE ORDERS ARE BEING DELIVERED?
In case you are not at home, please nominate a neighbor or someone close by who can receive the order. Ensure that they have the payable amount. The courier partner will also call you if you are not available and you can schedule the delivery for some other suitable time.
6. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER DOES NOT GET SERVICED?
We strive hard to service all our orders. We will schedule the orders at your convenient time. However, in case we cannot, we will refund the cost of the medicines as store credits to your WALLET Account.
7. PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE
We offer Cash on Delivery, Credit and Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, Bank Transfer (Cash can be handed over to the courier partner)
8. HOW CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
This can only be done before the order has been shipped, i.e. you need to ensure you send us a mail at pharmicin@gmail.com with your order number or call us at +91 8383894260 for cancellation, before the mail with 'order shipped information' reaches you.
9. ABOUT PRESCRIPTIONS
If you order a medicine that can only be prescribed by a qualified medical practitioner, then you need to have that prescription ready at the time of placing of order. You can either upload while placing the order if you have it ready or you can e-mail it later with your order ID to pharmicin@gmail.com. Due to the huge product list on the platform, some products might not be marked as "Prescription required". But if a user places an order that needs a prescription and if a product does not show "prescription required" or is unable to upload the prescription at checkout, we will contact the user in this case and ask for the precription before confirming the order.

12. QUALITY AND AUTHENTICITY OF THE MEDICINES
We ensure that our partners procure the medicines directly from certified pharmacists and regulated manufacturers. Some of our partners are reputed manufacturers themselves. Rest assured, we ensure that you get only quality and authentic medicines that are well within the expiry date.
13. HOW IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?
Step 1: Customer places an order and some order require the user to upload the prescription for certain products
Step 2: Pharmacist reviews and digitises the prescription along with a order cart
Step 3: Customer will select the required items along with quantity and selects the mode of payment as desired
Step 4: Our partner pharmacy will deliver the medicine at your doorstep depending upon the availability
Please note the value shown in the order confirmation screen is just an approximate value and you will know the actual price when it is invoiced in the pharmacy after you confirm the order. If the mode of payment is card/net banking, then you will get an email with the invoice amount to be paid along after it is invoiced in the partner pharmacy. This step is to ensure we collect the exact amount after the invoice is finalized.
14. HOW WILL I KNOW THE AVAILABILITY OF THE MEDICINE?
Please note that price & stock of medicines change in real time. We are working with our partners to expose real time price & stock information.
15. WHY CAN'T I CONFIRM ORDER AS SOON AS I UPLOAD THE PRESCRIPTION?
Pharmacists verify the prescription and digitize the same before you can confirm the order.
16. CAN I BUY GENERIC SUBSTITUTES?
Yes, you can buy generic substitutes provided the doctor writes the generic name instead of brand name in the prescription
17. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes sure. We update you at every stage with an sms/email.
18. WHY DOES THE MEDICINE PRICES CHANGE?
Medicine prices vary by geographical location, batch number and often change on a day to day basis due to regulations and distributors. The process listed on our site act as guidance and help you understand if you are paying the right price for your medicines
19. INFORMATION OF MEDICINES AND ALL OTHER ITEMS
We take upmost care to provide you all the information regarding each and every product listed on the website. But due to a huge product list and prices being changed daily, it is not easy to update the information of each and every product. Please let us know if you see any wrong information on any product, we will try our best to fix it. The rates of some products might be old or low so we will let you know when you provide us the prescription or place the order. Some products might not show if prescription is needed or not, but if a customer places the order for that item, we will check that order and get back to the customer to get the prescription. 20. PROMO CODE USAGE AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NEW40: This code can be used only once. If the code is applied twice by the customer the order value may be adjusted and the changes would be communicated. Please refer to the Offer details for more information on this offer.
PRE1000CASHBACK: The code can be applied by all customers at all times. The promocode is valid on all order above Rs. 300. Maximum cashback is Rs. 1000. The cashback will be credit to your Pharmicin Wallet after successful delivery of your order. The maximum discount shown is zero, this is because cashback will be credit later and not instantly.
21. SOME PRODUCTS SHOW PRESCRIPTION REQUIRED AND SOME DON'T?
As there is a huge list of products on the platform, it is not possible to ensure correct information and specifiactions of all products. Though we take upmost care that all the information is up to date. Some medicines require a prescription from a registered medical practioner and the user is required to upload the prescription for placing the order of these medicines. Some products that require prescriptions might not show "prescription required" but if a prescription is needed for that product, we will contact the user and take the prescription from them and then process the order.
